A highly regarded and growing law firm in Naples, Florida is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join and help expand its established practice. This is a strategic senior-level opportunity for an attorney who wants to play a meaningful role in shaping the future direction, growth, and leadership of a sophisticated estate planning and wealth preservation group.

🔹 Role Overview:

This attorney will contribute at a high level to the continued development of the Trusts & Estates practice, with opportunities for leadership, client expansion, and long-term strategic impact.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Provide advanced counsel in estate planning, wealth transfer, and wealth preservation strategies
✔️ Manage and grow an existing book of business while supporting overall practice expansion
✔️ Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and related instruments
✔️ Maintain direct and ongoing client relationships with individuals, families, and fiduciaries
✔️ Advise fiduciaries in estate and trust administration matters
✔️ Prepare and review federal estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns
✔️ Conduct legal research and drafting on complex estate and trust issues
✔️ Support related litigation involving wills, trusts, and fiduciary matters
✔️ Collaborate with firm leadership to expand and strengthen the practice group

🔹 Qualifications:

✅ Active membership in the Florida Bar
✅ Minimum 10+ years of experience in Trusts & Estates law
✅ Demonstrated success handling complex estate planning and wealth transfer matters
✅ Established and portable book of business required
✅ Strong leadership potential and interest in practice development
✅ Excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills
✅ Strong client relationship and communication abilities
✅ Ability to work in an in-office, collaborative environment (5 days/week)

Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
