🚨 NOW HIRING: Litigation Paralegal 🚨📍 Naples, Florida | ⚖️ Complex Litigation

Are you an experienced Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, high-level litigation environment? A prestigious law firm in Naples, Florida is seeking a talented professional to support attorneys through every stage of the litigation process—from case inception through trial and appeal.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, motivated paralegal who enjoys complex legal work and wants to play a critical role in successful case outcomes.

🔹 What You'll Do:

• Support litigation attorneys through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions practice, hearings, trial preparation, trials, post-trial filings, and appeals
• Manage and oversee discovery, including document review, production, Bates stamping, redactions, indexing, and organization
• Prepare privilege logs and maintain electronic case databases
• Coordinate with e-discovery vendors and manage large volumes of case data
• Conduct factual investigations and research utilizing court records, social media, public records, and online resources
• Assist with depositions by preparing exhibits, organizing documents, and summarizing testimony
• Prepare electronic and hard-copy court filings
• Coordinate trial preparation, courtroom support, witness materials, exhibits, and trial logistics
• Maintain accurate time billing records and support attorneys with case management responsibilities

🔹 Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of complex litigation experience in a law firm setting
• MUST have time billing experience
• Trial experience preferred but not required
• Strong experience with document management, discovery, and litigation support
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with e-discovery platforms is highly preferred

Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
