⚖️ NOW HIRING: Litigation Attorney (Senior Associate / Junior Partner Level) ⚖️
📍 Naples, Florida | ⚖️ Civil & Commercial Litigation

A growing and dynamic law firm is seeking a Florida-licensed Litigation Attorney with approximately 5–15 years of experience in civil, commercial, and construction litigation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced litigator ready to step into a more substantive, client-facing role with increasing responsibility in case strategy and firm growth.

This position may be structured as a Senior Associate or Junior Partner, depending on experience, leadership ability, and portable business.

🔹 Practice Areas:

✔️ Business & Commercial Litigation
✔️ Construction Litigation
✔️ General Civil Litigation

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Handle all phases of litigation from case inception through resolution
✔️ Take and defend depositions
✔️ Draft and argue motions in court
✔️ Appear as lead counsel at hearings
✔️ Develop and execute case strategy
✔️ Manage day-to-day litigation activities and case deadlines
✔️ Maintain and grow strong client relationships
✔️ Provide practical, business-focused legal counsel
✔️ Conduct legal research and factual investigations
✔️ Collaborate with firm leadership on litigation practice growth

🔹 Qualifications:

✅ Active membership in the Florida Bar
✅ 5–15 years of litigation experience in relevant practice areas
✅ Strong experience handling depositions and substantive motion practice
✅ Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex litigation matters
✅ Comfortable serving as lead counsel in court
✅ Experience supervising junior attorneys or staff is a plus
✅ Strong communication, analytical, and client management skills
✅ Portable book of business is a plus (not required)

Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
