A highly respected and established law firm in Naples, Florida is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join and help expand its growing practice. This is a senior-level opportunity designed for an attorney who wants to play a key role in shaping the future of the real estate group, with a clear path toward increased leadership responsibility and potential succession planning opportunities.
🔹 Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will bring strong transactional experience, sound judgment, and the ability to independently manage complex real estate matters while contributing to the long-term growth and direction of the practice.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Handle a broad range of commercial and residential real estate transactions (strong emphasis on commercial work)
✔️ Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents
✔️ Conduct detailed due diligence, including title and survey review
✔️ Advise clients on structuring transactions, risk mitigation, and compliance matters
✔️ Collaborate with senior leadership to expand and strengthen the real estate practice
✔️ Contribute to client development and long-term practice growth
✔️ Support mentorship and team collaboration within the group
✔️ Play a role in shaping future leadership and strategic direction of the practice
🔹 Qualifications:
✅ Active membership in the Florida Bar
✅ Minimum 8+ years of real estate law experience
✅ Strong background in both commercial and residential real estate transactions (required)
✅ Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
✅ Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
✅ Demonstrated leadership potential and interest in practice development
✅ Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Comfortable working in an in-office, collaborative environment (5 days/week)
✅ Portable book of business preferred but not required
