Superintendent – Commercial Construction

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects in the Naples, Florida area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diverse commercial construction, including luxury builds and multifamily projects, with the ability to manage day-to-day field operations while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily on-site construction operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within established budgets.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain efficient workflow.
Develop and maintain construction schedules while monitoring project milestones.
Ensure all work meets quality standards, building codes, and project specifications.
Enforce job-site safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
Review plans, specifications, and construction documents to identify potential issues and resolve conflicts.
Monitor project progress, address field challenges, and communicate updates to the project team.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality-control checks.
Maintain accurate daily reports, site documentation, and records of project activities.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction.
Background managing a variety of commercial projects, particularly luxury construction and multifamily developments.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and job-site operations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications.
Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong commitment to job-site safety, workmanship, and project quality.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
Florida construction experience and familiarity with local building codes, permitting, and construction practices are highly desirable.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $125,000–$160,000 annually, depending on experience.
Company Vehicle: Provided.

Location & Relocation
This is an on-site position based in Naples, Florida. Candidates with existing Florida construction experience are preferred. Relocation candidates may be considered if they have a compelling reason to relocate and a genuine interest in establishing themselves in the area.
