What You'll Do

Handle a variety of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents

Manage discovery, depositions, hearings, and motion practice

Develop case strategies and communicate with clients regarding case progress

Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff to deliver effective legal representation
What We're Looking For

5+ years of commercial litigation experience

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

Experience managing cases and handling litigation deadlines

Excellent communication and client relationship skills

Florida Bar admission required
