Associate Attorney | Real Estate / Local Government / Transactional | Orlando, FL

A well-established law firm in Orlando is seeking a hard-working Associate Attorney with 1–4 years of experience to join its multi-faceted transactional practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with experience in real estate, government, title, land use, or transactional law, with training available for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

  • Handle a variety of real estate, local government, and transactional matters
  • Assist with real estate, title, land use, affordable housing, and special district matters
  • Draft and review agreements, legal documents, and transactional materials
  • Work closely with attorneys and clients on a range of interesting and complex matters
  • Manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced practice

What We're Looking For

  • 1–4 years of legal experience
  • Experience in government, real estate, title, land use, or transactional law preferred
  • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
  • Hard-working and motivated attorney with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Florida Bar admission
