Trusts & Estates Attorney | Palm Beach, FL

A well-established Florida law firm is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney with 3–6 years of experience to join its Palm Beach office. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney looking to work with sophisticated estate planning matters alongside an experienced team in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with estate planning, trust administration, and wealth preservation strategies. An LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is preferred but not required.

What You'll Do

• Advise individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning strategies
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
• Handle trust and estate administration matters
• Work directly with high-net-worth individuals and families
• Collaborate with attorneys on complex planning and tax-related matters

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida Bar admission
• 3–6 years of Trusts & Estates experience
• Strong drafting, analytical, and client counseling skills
• LL.M. preferred, but not required
• Professional, collaborative, and client-focused approach
