Corporate Attorney | Palm Beach Gardens, FL
A law firm in Palm Beach Gardens is seeking a Corporate Attorney with 5–7 years of experience and a strong background in drafting sophisticated corporate and transactional documents. The ideal candidate will have substantial drafting experience, strong corporate knowledge, and meaningful tax experience or training.
What You'll Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated corporate agreements and transactional documents
- Prepare and revise complex business, governance, and transactional documents with a high level of independence
- Advise businesses and their owners on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters
- Assist with business formations, restructurings, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and related transactions
- Analyze and advise on tax considerations affecting corporate and business transactions
- Work directly with clients to develop practical and tax-efficient solutions to complex business matters
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of corporate/transactional legal experience
- Extensive legal drafting experience, particularly with sophisticated corporate and transactional documents
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Meaningful tax background highly preferred, including one of the following:
- LL.M. in Taxation
- Prior experience practicing as a tax attorney
- Experience with a major CPA/accounting firm
- Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Active Florida Bar admission preferred
