Lateral Partner – Real Estate 

A highly respected law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Partner to join its West Palm office in a lateral capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for an established attorney looking for a strong platform, sophisticated clients, quality deal flow, and the resources to continue building their practice.

What You'll Do

• Handle sophisticated commercial and residential real estate transactions
• Represent developers, investors, property owners, lenders, and other real estate clients
• Manage acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, financing, and related transactions
• Develop and maintain strong client and referral relationships
• Contribute to the continued growth of the firm's Real Estate practice

What We're Looking For

• Established Real Estate attorney with significant transactional experience
• Strong background in commercial real estate matters
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, financing, or related transactions
• Portable book of business is a plus, but not required
• Florida Bar admission in good standing
