Care Center Manager

 

A growing, service-driven funeral organization is seeking a Care Center Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of a decedent care center.

 

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for operational performance, team development, facility management, and ensuring the highest standards of care and service.

What It Takes To Be Qualified

  • High school diploma required; degree in mortuary science preferred
  • 5–8+ years of experience in high-volume operations or logistics-based environments
  • Funeral service experience and/or licensure preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, teams, and operational demands
  • Comfortable using technology, systems, and reporting tools
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

 

Additional Requirements

  • Availability for on-call, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
  • Commitment to safety, compliance, and high service standards
