Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager with a background in Property & Casualty insurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing and managing a book of personal lines clients, providing expert coverage advice, processing changes, and maintaining high retention rates through excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, and other P&C policies.
Provide day-to-day service to clients, including policy changes, renewals, and coverage recommendations.
Work with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, process endorsements, and ensure timely and accurate policy issuance.
Proactively review accounts for coverage adequacy and risk exposure.
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
Ensure compliance with agency standards, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Maintain accurate client records in agency management systems (e.g., EPIC, AMS360, Applied, etc.).
Qualifications:
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
1-2 years of experience in personal lines account management.
Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and markets.
Proficiency with insurance agency management systems.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-first mindset with a high level of professionalism.
