Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee safety programs and procedures on active construction sites
Conduct regular site safety audits and inspections
Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective actions
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations
Deliver safety training and toolbox talks
Track and report safety metrics and documentation
Requirements:
3+ years of safety experience in commercial construction
Proven experience with industrial, manufacturing, cold storage, or data center projects
Knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Relevant certifications (e.g., CHST, OSHA 30/510/500) preferred
