Insurance Defense Attorney
A nationally recognized and highly regarded law firm is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney to join its established litigation practice. What You’ll Do
- Represent insurance carriers and insureds through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial
- Handle matters involving general liability, premises liability, professional liability, and bodily injury claims
- Develop case strategy, evaluate liability and damages, and provide detailed reporting to clients and carriers
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery with a high level of precision and professionalism
- Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on complex, high-value matters
What We’re Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Bar membership in good standing
- 2+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
- Experience handling general liability, premises liability, or personal injury matters
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage a caseload in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
