Vice President-SBA Lender in Tampa

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop SBA loan opportunities through independent sourcing and team collaboration

• Maintain direct calling efforts with referral sources and prospective borrowers

• Interview applicants and gather credit, background, and financial documentation

• Analyze applicant financials, creditworthiness, and collateral

• Structure loan terms including repayment, fees, and closing conditions

• Compile and present complete SBA loan packages for approval when needed

• Monitor SBA loan administration processes to ensure accuracy and timely closing

• Identify trends to support SBA product competitiveness and sales strategy

• Maintain compliance with all banking regulations and internal procedures

Qualifications:

• 8–10 years SBA lending or related commercial lending experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field

• Proven SBA production success and loan structuring experience

• Ability to develop and manage client and referral relationships

• Strong credit analysis, financial review, and communication skills
