A respected and well-established plaintiff’s firm in West Palm Beach is seeking a passionate and results-driven Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including auto accidents, premises liability, and catastrophic injury cases
Handle all aspects of litigation from intake through settlement or trial
Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions; take depositions; and represent clients in mediations, hearings, and trials
Communicate with clients, experts, and medical providers to build strong cases
Negotiate settlements and work collaboratively with the firm’s litigation team
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
2+ years of experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury cases
Strong litigation, negotiation, and trial preparation skills
Excellent communication and client management abilities
Driven, organized, and ready to advocate fiercely for clients
