Residential Architect – Luxury Residential Construction
A growing high-end residential construction and design firm is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Residential Architect to join their team. This individual will play a key role in the design, planning, and execution of custom luxury homes and residential renovation projects from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural plans, elevations, and construction documents for custom residential projects
- Collaborate with clients, designers, and project teams throughout all phases of design and construction
- Prepare and coordinate permit and construction drawing sets
- Ensure plans meet local building codes, zoning requirements, and project specifications
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and subcontractors as needed
- Assist with material selections and design detailing
- Review shop drawings, RFIs, and project revisions during construction
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture required
- 3+ years of residential architectural experience preferred
- Experience with luxury custom homes or high-end residential remodeling strongly preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar architectural software
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods and detailing
- Knowledge of permitting processes, zoning regulations, and building codes
