Senior Project Manager - Student Housing & Multifamily

We are partnered with a well-established general contractor seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up multifamily and student housing projects. This role will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project management for multifamily and student housing builds
• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
• Collaborate with ownership, design teams, and field leadership
• Oversee risk management, cost control, and contract administration
• Mentor junior staff and support team development

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
• Strong background in multifamily and/or student housing projects
• Proven track record managing ground-up developments
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
