Job Description

A well-established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Of Counsel or Partner-level attorney to join its Construction Litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigator looking to step into an active caseload, work alongside a respected practice leader, and play a key role in the continued growth of a thriving team.

The ideal candidate will be able to independently manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution, including negotiations, mediations, settlements, and trial. You'll have the support of an experienced trial attorney while maintaining significant autonomy over your cases.

Practice Highlights

• Represent clients in complex construction-related litigation matters.
• Handle cases through all phases of litigation, including trial preparation and resolution.
• Work with clients on a wide variety of commercial construction projects, including hospitals, stadiums, retail developments, shopping centers, multifamily housing, and other large-scale projects.
• Opportunity to contribute to business development with origination incentives available.

• Significant litigation experience, ideally with a background in construction law or complex commercial litigation.
• Ability to independently manage an active caseload.
• Strong courtroom, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
