Job Description

A well-respected regional law firm is seeking a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join one of its offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Defend employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation claims.
• Handle discovery, depositions, mediations, and hearings before the state commission or board.
• Evaluate claims and provide case reports and recommendations to clients.
• Manage an active caseload and work with partners on case strategy.

Qualifications:

• Active law license in the state of the office location.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary of $100,000 - $150,000, depending on experience.
• Competitive benefits package.
