A well-established and growing plaintiff-side litigation firm in the Atlanta area is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join its dynamic legal team. This position offers the opportunity to work on meaningful cases in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with attorneys who value strong case management and client advocacy.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience supporting personal injury litigation matters from intake through settlement or trial preparation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage plaintiff personal injury case files from pre-litigation through litigation
  • Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery responses, medical summaries, and correspondence
  • Coordinate medical records collection and review
  • Communicate with clients, providers, experts, and opposing counsel
  • Assist attorneys with depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
  • Maintain case deadlines, calendars, and litigation schedules
  • Support settlement documentation and demand preparation

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of personal injury paralegal experience
  • Litigation experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Georgia state court procedures
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
  • Trial preparation experience is a plus
