Litigation Attorney – Atlanta, GA

Established and growing civil defense litigation firm is seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney to join its Atlanta office. This opportunity offers hands-on litigation experience, strong mentorship, and the ability to manage cases from inception through resolution in a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling construction litigation matters and be comfortable managing a litigation caseload, drafting motions, conducting depositions, and attending hearings.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, opposing counsel, and courts
• Develop case strategy and evaluate exposure
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff in a team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar
• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred
• Construction litigation experience strongly preferred
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to independently manage files and deadlines
