An established agricultural lender is hiring an Agricultural Loan Officer to build and serve relationships with farmers and growers in the area. It's a hybrid role, split between the office and the road, meeting producers on their farms.
You'll develop new business, structure operating and crop loans, help customers with crop insurance, and service and collect on your portfolio. You'll work with the credit team to get deals done.
A background in ag sales, ag lending, Farm Credit, crop insurance or collections is ideal; banking can be taught. You're a smart, driven self-starter who wants to grow, and this role has a clear path upward.
