Project Manager – Custom Homes

About the Company
We are a high-end custom home builder known for delivering thoughtfully designed, luxury residences with exceptional craftsmanship. Our projects range from large-scale renovations to multi-million-dollar ground-up homes, and we pride ourselves on quality, communication, and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple custom home projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
  • Coordinate closely with clients, architects, designers, and consultants
  • Oversee subcontractor bidding, selection, and contract management
  • Track project costs, manage budgets, and ensure financial performance
  • Work closely with Superintendents to ensure smooth field operations
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to plans, specifications, and design intent
  • Proactively identify and resolve project challenges
  • Facilitate project closeout, punch list, and final walkthroughs

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in custom home building or high-end residential construction
  • Proven experience managing ground-up luxury homes and/or large renovations
  • Strong understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing
  • Experience with budgeting, job costing, and scheduling
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and design documents
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with construction management software (Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, etc.) preferred
