Real Estate Attorney (Hybrid)

A respected and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join its established practice. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for a motivated attorney with a strong background in real estate law who is looking to take on sophisticated matters while working in a collaborative and client-focused environment.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of real estate law experience, exceptional attention to detail, and outstanding writing and communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients on a variety of commercial and residential real estate matters while contributing to a thriving legal practice.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on a broad range of real estate transactions and legal matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, easements, development agreements, and other real estate-related documents.
  • Conduct due diligence, title review, and risk assessment for real estate transactions.
  • Counsel clients regarding zoning, land use, financing, and property development issues.
  • Manage transactions from initial negotiations through closing.
  • Provide practical legal solutions while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the applicable state bar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing real estate law.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters independently while working effectively within a team environment.
