Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to source, screen, and place top talent for our clients across various industries. This commission-based role is ideal for a self-starter with strong networking skills and a passion for connecting candidates with the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure qualifications and cultural fit.
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and company culture.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate identification to offer negotiation and placement.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and client communication.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related fields preferred.
- Strong ability to source and engage passive candidates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts and manage competing priorities.
