A well-established Iowa law firm is looking to add an experienced M&A Attorney to its corporate and business practice.

The attorney will work directly with business owners and executives on a broad range of transactions, including:

  • Business acquisitions and sales
  • Asset and stock purchases
  • Mergers and reorganizations
  • Due diligence
  • Purchase agreements and transaction documents
  • Corporate structuring and general business matters
  • Closely held and family-owned business transactions

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of substantive M&A or corporate transactional experience
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Excellent legal research, writing and analytical abilities
  • Ability to manage transactions independently
  • Strong client-service skills and business judgment
  • Iowa Bar admission in good standing
