Ag Equipment Technician Keep Agriculture Moving

We’re looking for a hands-on Ag Equipment Technician who knows what it takes to keep equipment running when it matters most. Whether your background comes from the farm, wrenching on your own equipment, or through dealership service experience, this is an opportunity to put your mechanical skills to work with a team that values grit, problem-solving, and pride in a job done right.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys diagnosing complex mechanical issues, and understands that in agriculture, uptime isn’t optional.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural equipment including tractors, combines, planters, sprayers, and precision ag systems
• Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and field/service repairs
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, diesel engine, and precision technology systems
• Work directly with customers and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality service
• Accurately document repairs, parts needs, and service recommendations
• Stay current on evolving ag equipment technology and manufacturer updates

What We’re Looking For

• Farm background with strong mechanical aptitude or dealership/ag equipment service experience
• Experience working on diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and ag machinery
• Ability to diagnose issues efficiently and think critically under pressure
• Strong work ethic and willingness to jump in during peak seasonal demands
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset
• CDL or willingness to obtain one is a plus
