Job Title: Energy Manager - Propane Management

We are currently searching for a Refined Fuels Division Manager for a leading Agriculture company in the area. This is going to be a high-level position with supervisory responsibilities and play a key role in company decision-making and direction.

Energy Manager Qualifications:

• Maintain competitive pricing and meet margin targets
• Maintain customer base and gain new customers
• Train, motivate, and support all employees in the division
• Ensure DOT compliance
• Maintain safe, clean, and efficient operations of company assets
• Promote a team-oriented working environment

Energy Manger Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of agriculture operations experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Management, or equivalent coursework in a related specialized field
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Experience managing an Energy Operations team or location 
• CDL with Tanker and Hazmat Endorsement or ability to obtain
