A community bank in Hull is confidentially seeking an Ag Lender to work with farm and agribusiness customers across Sioux County and northwest Iowa. The role covers new business, credit analysis, structuring, closing, and servicing.

Responsibilities:

• Grow new ag relationships through referrals, networking, and farm visits
• Analyze borrower financial statements, earnings, and cash flow
• Structure operating lines, equipment loans, and farm real estate loans
• Complete collateral inspections, annual reviews, and renewals
• Cross-sell deposit and treasury products to ag customers
• Use FSA guaranteed programs when they help a request

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Ag lending or Ag credit analysis experience
• Degree in Ag Business or Finance preferred
• A farm or rural background is helpful
• Excellent interpersonal skills and steady follow-through
• Self-motivated and well organized
