Job Summary
A well-established, family-owned contractor in the Siouxland area is seeking an Estimator / Project Manager to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to be part of a company known for quality work, strong values, and a team-oriented culture.

Projects are local to the Siouxland area, offering minimal travel and an excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for heavy highway and utility projects
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Manage projects from bid through completion
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Track project budgets, schedules, and progress
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in civil  (those with commercial construction exp encouraged to apply)
• Experience with heavy highway or utility projects preferred
• Strong skills in estimating, project management, and communication
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software
