A community bank in Orange City is confidentially seeking an Ag Lender to work with hog, dairy, cattle, and row-crop producers across Sioux County and northwest Iowa. The role covers new business, financial analysis, structuring, closing, and servicing of farm loans.

Responsibilities:

• Bring in new farm and agribusiness relationships through calls, referrals, and community events
• Analyze balance sheets, tax returns, and cash flow plans for each operation
• Structure operating lines, livestock and equipment loans, and farm real estate credits
• Handle collateral inspections, renewals, and annual reviews on the portfolio
• Cross-sell deposit and cash management services to ag customers
• Use FSA guaranteed and direct loan programs when they strengthen a deal

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Ag Business, Animal Science, or Finance preferred
• Experience in ag lending, ag credit, or farm management
• A working knowledge of livestock and grain production
• Earns the trust of producers and their families
• Self-starter who stays organized across a busy book of business
