Job Description

A local bank in Red Oak is confidentially hiring a Branch Manager to lead its branch and serve customers throughout Montgomery County and southwest Iowa. You'll coach the team, grow deposits and loans, and stay involved in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop the branch staff
• Grow deposits and loans through calling efforts and referrals
• Handle consumer and small business lending
• Run daily branch operations, security, and compliance
• Represent the bank at Red Oak community events
• Set the standard for friendly, accurate customer service

Qualifications:

• Three-plus years of banking experience
• Past experience leading staff or originating loans
• Good working knowledge of branch operations and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a community focus
• Organized and goal-driven
