A local bank in Shenandoah is confidentially looking for a Branch Manager to lead its office and grow relationships across Page County and southwest Iowa. The role blends team leadership, lending, and day-to-day branch operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop the branch team
• Grow deposits along with consumer and small business loan balances
• Originate and service consumer and small business loans
• Oversee branch operations, security, and compliance
• Stay active in local events and community groups
• Make every customer visit a personal, positive experience

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in banking with supervisory or lending experience
• Consumer or small business lending background
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
• Comfortable growing business in a smaller community
• Dependable, organized, and ready to lead by example
