A community bank in Tipton is confidentially seeking a Branch Manager to lead its local office and grow relationships across Cedar County and eastern Iowa. The role blends team leadership, lending, and branch operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop the branch team
• Grow deposits and consumer and small business loans
• Make and service consumer and small business loans
• Oversee daily branch operations, security, and compliance
• Stay active in local events and community organizations
• Deliver an excellent, personal experience for every customer who walks in

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in banking with supervisory or lending experience
• Consumer or small business lending background
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
• Comfortable building business in a small community
• Dependable, organized, and ready to lead by example
