The Practice
The firm’s practice is deeply rooted in Insurance Defense, offering a broad and engaging variety of matters. You will be tasked with defending clients across several complex industries, including:
Core Defense: Personal Injury, Transportation, and Products Liability.
Professional Risks: Professional Liability and Medical Malpractice.
Technical Matters: Construction litigation.
Advisory: Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith litigation.
Candidate Profile
Experience: All experience levels will be considered. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized and capable of handling matters with minimal supervision.
Skill Set: Exceptional research and writing abilities are non-negotiable, alongside strong organizational habits.
Licensure: Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing (Idaho State Bar).
