This is an amazing opportunity for experienced candidates with 10+ years of experience on Heavy Civil projects to join as a Superintendent with a salary range of $125,000 - $160,000.
Superintendent Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on site at all times
- Communicate project progress with stakeholders
Superintendent Essential Job Functions:
- Coordinate and manage construction projects
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with regulations
- Manage project budgets and deadlines
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams
Superintendent Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in Heavy Civil projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
