I'm partnering with an established commercial general contractor that is looking to add a Superintendent to lead ground-up warehouse, light industrial, manufacturing and distribution projects throughout the Chicago area.

They're looking for a field leader who can own the schedule, coordinate subcontractors, maintain quality and keep safety at the forefront from site development through turnover.

What You'll Do

• Run daily field operations on ground-up industrial and distribution projects
• Build and manage the schedule and three-week look-aheads
• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries and site logistics
• Oversee sitework, foundations, tilt-wall or steel erection and turnover
• Enforce site safety and OSHA compliance
• Drive inspections, quality control and punch list completion

What You Bring

• Superintendent experience on warehouse, industrial or distribution projects
• Tilt-wall, PEMB or structural steel background
• OSHA 30
• Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• A get-it-done, safety-first attitude
