Are you the Maintenance Leader who walks into a breakdown and immediately starts thinking, “How do we make sure this never happens again?”
If you're ready to take ownership of reliability, uptime, maintenance strategy, and team performance, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
We are seeking a Maintenance Manager with 5+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience to lead a critical maintenance function and make a measurable impact on plant performance.
This is not a “keep the lights on” maintenance role. We're looking for a leader who can build a strong team, eliminate chronic downtime, strengthen preventive maintenance, and partner with Operations to keep production moving.
Production can't make money when equipment isn't running.
That's where you come in.
You will have the opportunity to influence equipment reliability, downtime reduction, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, capital improvements, maintenance costs, and team development.
If you thrive when you're solving problems, developing people, and turning maintenance from a reactive function into a strategic advantage, we want to talk with you.
Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team.
Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Improve equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtime.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.
Identify chronic equipment problems and implement permanent corrective solutions.
Partner with Production and Operations to prioritize maintenance activities.
Oversee maintenance projects, contractors, vendors, and equipment installations.
Track maintenance KPIs, downtime, PM completion, reliability, and costs.
Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Manage maintenance inventory, parts, documentation, and work orders.
Develop and manage the maintenance budget.
Establish a culture of safety, accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
5+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience
Previous maintenance leadership, supervisory, or management experience
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience with PLCs, automation, VFDs, motors, controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Preventive/predictive maintenance experience
Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving abilities
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
Strong communication and team-building skills
Manufacturing experience; Food & Beverage manufacturing is a plus
You may currently be a Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Lead, or Senior Maintenance Technician who is ready for the next level.
You're hands-on when you need to be, strategic when it matters, and you're the person Operations wants in the room when uptime is on the line.
$100,000–$120,000 base salary, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
If you're tired of simply reacting to breakdowns and want the opportunity to build a maintenance culture, develop people, improve reliability, and directly influence plant performance, this is worth a conversation.
Your next move could put you in the driver's seat of the entire maintenance operation.
