Key Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement demands
- Represent clients at depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings
- Maintain communication with clients regarding case progress and strategy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience handling insurance coverage litigation
- Relevant litigation experience handling insurance coverage litigation
Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with Insurance Defense is preferred
- Manage own caseload and work collaboratively to develop litigation strategy
- Communicate with clients and provide status reports
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions
- Attend depositions and court appearances
- Perform legal research, strong writing skills
