THE OPPORTUNITY:  Pre-Construction Manager

As a Pre-Construction Manager, you will have the opportunity to use your skills to work on hospitals, laboratories and large industrial projects. You must have a desire for a career in estimating, buy-out, procurement, detailed submittal documentation and an ability to manage others.

Job Requirements:

• The candidate must have 5 years’ experience in Heavy Commercial and Institutional Construction with a background in plumbing and advanced plumbing systems.
• Past project size should exceed $5 million
• Must demonstrate experience and capability for monitoring production and controlling costs.
• Familiar with management controls (i.e., schedules, cost control, procurement, and quality/safety) facilitated during project execution.
• Past personal experience in a trade role - plumber|technician

Desired Requirements:

• Must have demonstrated experience in managing others
• 10+ years of experience in Heavy Commercial projects with a background in mechanical process piping and advanced plumbing systems.
• Dedicated, self-motivated with good verbal and people skills.
• Demonstrate a stable work history.
• Must have demonstrated experience in estimating in a hard bid market.
• Must have demonstrated experience developing accurate estimates from schematic design documents.
• Able to prioritize and work independently.
• Willing to work all hours and schedules assigned
