⚙️  CNC Tooth Grinder – Industrial Machinery ⚙️

 We’re seeking a skilled CNC Tooth Grinder, for all three shifts, to join a growing team focused on producing high-precision components for industrial machinery. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, understands tight tolerances, and thrives in a metal manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate CNC gear grinding machines to perform tooth grinding on gears and related components 
• Work with steel and alloy materials to produce parts used in heavy industrial equipment 
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings 
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain precision and efficiency 
• Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and precision gauges 
• Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals 

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience operating CNC machinery in a metal manufacturing or industrial setting
• Background in gear grinding, tooth grinding, or precision machining preferred 
• Strong understanding of tight tolerances and machine setups 
• Ability to read complex prints and follow detailed specifications 
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work
