Senior Estimator - Commercial Construction

A Beloit/Rockford area commercial general contractor with decades of success and a strong pipeline of work is looking to add a Senior Estimator to play a key role in preconstruction and growth. Projects span across several different market sectors.

What You’ll Do

• Lead conceptual, negotiated, and hard-bid estimates
• Review plans/specs and identify scope gaps or risks
• Manage subcontractor bids, leveling, and buyout recommendations
• Prepare budgets, GMPs, and value engineering options
• Partner with operations for successful project handoff

• Estimating experience with a commercial general contractor
• Ground-up and renovation project experience
• Strong pricing instincts, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple pursuits with accuracy
