Job Description

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Residential HVAC service experience, light Commercial
• NATE or equivalent certifications in Air Conditioning, Gas Heating, Heat Pumps, & Air Distribution.
• EPA certification and TDLR registration. 
• Must have strong skillset in Residential HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding
• Strong understanding of HVAC functions, ductwork modifications and design, air balance/air distribution
• Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must 
• Excellent customer communication skills
• Experience in contract negotiation
• Must have stable background/work history to be considered for this position
