Project Types:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage transportation projects from design through completion
  • Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
  • Lead project teams and provide mentorship
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Support client relationships and business development initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • 8+ years of transportation engineering experience
  • Experience with IDOT standards, Phase I/Phase II design requirements, and MFT processes preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills

Compensation:

$110,000 – $140,000+ base salary depending on experience and qualifications.
