Position Overview

The Municipal Project Manager will lead a variety of infrastructure projects while working closely with municipalities, clients, and internal project teams. This role is ideal for a proven engineering professional who enjoys leadership, client interaction, and delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple municipal infrastructure projects from planning through completion
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and construction activities
• Lead and mentor project teams
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
• Support business development, proposals, and client growth initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 8+ years of civil engineering design and construction experience
• Municipal infrastructure experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
