What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead mechanical design efforts on complex building projects
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering staff
• Collaborate with architects, clients, and multidisciplinary teams
• Manage project delivery, quality, and client expectations
• Take ownership of projects while continuing to grow as a technical leader

Ideal Background

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 7–10 years of mechanical engineering experience
• Strong HVAC and building systems design background
• Experience managing projects and coordinating with clients
• Passion for mentoring and developing other engineers
