What You'll Do

  • Lead bridge and transportation structure projects from planning through final delivery.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Perform and review structural calculations, plans, and specifications.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staff.
  • Coordinate with clients, project teams, and external partners.
  • Support proposals, client relationships, and business development efforts.
  • Deliver high-quality infrastructure projects throughout the Greater Chicago region.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Structural Engineer (SE) license required.
  • 15+ years of bridge design and structural engineering experience.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Experience with transportation infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of AASHTO and state DOT design standards.
  • Proficiency with MicroStation and structural design software.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
