Feed Manufacturing Plant Manager | Frankfort, IN
An established animal feed producer is looking for a hands-on Feed Manufacturing Plant Manager to lead its mill near Frankfort.

- Oversee budgets, the plant P&L and ingredient purchasing
- Work on a small team where decisions happen quickly
- Run day-to-day mill operations, including production, quality, safety and maintenance
- Develop, document and enforce SOPs
- Provide strategic leadership to improve process and efficiency
- At least 3 years in feed milling or food manufacturing, ideally in a supervisory or management role
- Bachelor's in Ag, Milling or Food Science is a plus
- Must live within a reasonable commute of the facility (relocation possible)
Compensation & benefits
- Base salary $112k-$128k DOE
