A well-established heavy civil contractor in the Indianapolis area is looking to add a Project Manager to their growing team. They have a strong backlog of local work, a great reputation, and are looking for someone who enjoys being in the field just as much as they do in the office.

Duties:
- Manage underground utility projects from kickoff through completion
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and project schedules
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Develop and manage project budgets
- Keep projects on schedule and running efficiently
- Work closely with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and productivity
- Build strong relationships with owners, inspectors, and subcontractors
Experience:
- 2–3+ years of Project Management experience in heavy civil construction
- Experience with underground wet utilities, including water, sewer, and wastewater projects
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading, budgeting, and scheduling
- Field knowledge with the ability to solve problems and keep projects moving
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- No college degree required—experience is what matters most
